New Release monitors lag-time, transfer-size, transfer-duration and snap-mirror-status.
The reliable check **SnapMirror, **previously bundled in the suite check_netapp 2.x, has been separated into two different checks in the new version of check_netapp_pro (3.x):
- SnapMirrorState
- SnapMirrorMetrics
The two different checks have been specifically designed to handle their respective tasks. SnapMirrorState monitors health- and/or mirror-state. SnapMirrorMetrics monitors lag-time as well as time and size of the last transfer.
Since the thresholds can be set in a flexible way, warnings can be displayed not only for large transfers but also for suspiciously small transfers. Please refer to the examples on the help pages.
